Standard shipping is on us for U.S. orders over $35 — applied automatically at checkout. Orders below that threshold ship at a flat rate. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday and typically leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays ship the next business day. During major launches and holiday peaks, processing may take an additional 1-2 days — we will email you if there is a delay.

Delivery times below are estimates from the carrier, measured from the day your order ships:

• United States — Standard: 3-5 business days
• United States — Express: 1-2 business days
• Canada: 5-10 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 7-14 business days
• Australia, New Zealand & Asia-Pacific: 10-18 business days
• Rest of world: 14-21 business days

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, customs, and carrier delays can push transit times longer — we appreciate your patience.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Tracking updates can take 24-48 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package. If your tracking has not updated after 72 hours, please email us and we will investigate.

If your tracking shows delivered but the package has not arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. If your package arrives damaged, please photograph the box and contents and email us within 7 days — we will replace it at no cost.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order has shipped, we cannot reroute it. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, we will refund the order minus original shipping costs, or reship to a corrected address for the cost of new shipping.

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping rates. Please check with your local customs office for an estimate before ordering.

We stand behind every jar. If you are not in love with your Collagen Night Wrapping Mask within 30 days of delivery, contact us at hello@lakerianbeauty.com with your order number and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked, no return shipping required. You may keep or discard the product unless we specifically request it back.

4. Funds return to your original payment method within 3-5 business days (some banks take up to 10)

The 30-day guarantee applies to one order per customer and to physical products in our catalog. Gift cards and final-sale items are excluded.

Because we sell a single hero product in three pack sizes, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would prefer a different size, request a refund under our 30-day guarantee and place a new order at any time.
